As a person searching for a way to connect my career to my personal values and goals, I was unsure of where to go. Key Consultants found a way to create a direct relationship of who I am to what I do, while providing me tools and experience to better myself and career. Melvin and his team took a very large interest in who I am and what I want to accomplish. They made me feel very comfortable digging into vulnerable topics about my weaknesses while creating amazing opportunities to seek growth and experience to overcome fears and where I fall short. With this experience I was able to better understand myself and have amazing support to help create the person I want to be. I was motived and held accountable for the desires that I set out for myself. Even with questioning what I wanted, Melvin was greatly genuine in his approach to what he thought and was authentic in wanting me to succeed.

After going through several days of learning about myself and what tools I can use to carry with me for the rest of my life, I can confidently say I have benefitted from the work of Melvin and Key Consultants.
